Let us keep you clean!
Before washing, all the necessary precautions are taken to protect the static ports, pilot tubes, and other critical areas of the aircraft. The aircraft is debugged and washed using aviation approved cleaners and boars hair brushes. The gears, wheel wells, and flap tracks are detailed using a wet or dry process. After washing, the aircraft is dried with squeegees and microfiber towels. All the windows are cleaned following the manufacturer's requirements. The hangar floor is squeegeed dried.
When wet washing is not practical, we use a dry wash method. The entire aircraft is debugged and hand-wiped using aviation-approved cleaners, leaving behind a streak free clean surface. All the windows are cleaned following the manufacturer's requirements.
Radome, wing leading edges, engine inlets, nose gear, main gears, gear doors, and flaps are debugged and cleaned. Engines, thrust reverser areas, wing tops, windscreen, and windows are all cleaned. Exhaust track area is spot cleaned, as is the belly of the aircraft, from nose to tail cone.

We evaluate the aircraft brightwork to determine the appropriate steps to take. Before starting the polishing process, we protect the aircraft and surrounding areas where needed. Using Nuvite polishes and following manufacturer's procedures, we remove scratches, staining, and most importantly, corrosion from the brightwork surfaces, leaving a clear mirror-like finish. Please note: deep scratches and pitting would need to be addressed by the manufacturer.
A 3-step coating process for Brightwork, Xzilon is a micro-coating for preventing corrosion and preserving finish on bare metal; both polished and unpolished surfaces. Xzilon will extend your re-polish cycle time. Referenced by Boeing S/L, Gulfstream GAMPS, Bombardier BAPS, Rolls Royce TV11807R, and more.
